Organically Reared Beef
Our beef is sourced from the same farm as our organically reared lamb. Reared on land without herbicide and pesticide use, during the winter the cattle have silage which is stored grass from the summer months.
We mature the beef just above freezing point to ripen for a more intense flavour for a 28day period.
