The bronze turkey is the original and traditional turkey, being an older breed they are slower growing distinguished by their black feathers and the meat having an intense flavour. Not to be confused with the conventional barn reared white turkeys widely available, the bronze turkey is free roaming grazing on fresh grass with our farmer in Lancashire. Limited availability so we’d ask you to confirm your order straight away and deliveries will begin throughout December just before the holiday season begins.
